Translation
Then from the Devi's body there came forth the shakti of Chandika herself, most terrible and fierce, howling like a hundred jackals.

तब देवी के शरीर से अत्यंत भयानक और परम उग्र चण्डिका-शक्ति प्रकट हुई, जो सैकड़ों गीदड़ियों की तरह नाद कर रही थी।
