Translation
That incomparable radiance, born from the bodies of all the gods, gathered in one place and became a woman, pervading the three worlds with her light.

This is one of the most famous moments in Hindu literature: the combined power of the gods takes the form of a woman, the Devi. Divine power itself is feminine: Shakti.
