एवं भगवती देवी सा नित्यापि पुनः पुनः । सम्भूय कुरुते भूप जगतः परिपालनम् ॥ ३६ ॥
evaṁ bhagavatī devī sā nityāpi punaḥ punaḥ sambhūya kurute bhūpa jagataḥ paripālanam
Translation
In this way the Bhagavati Devi, though eternal, appears again and again, O king, and protects the world.

राजन्! इस प्रकार भगवती देवी नित्य होते हुए भी पुनः पुनः प्रकट होकर जगत की रक्षा करती हैं।
Commentary
The sage returns to address King Suratha. Nitya api, "though eternal": the same teaching as 1.64, that the eternal Devi still takes birth for the world's sake.
