tasyāhatasya bahudhā śhaktiśhūlādibhirbhuvi papāta yo vai raktaughastenāsañchhataśho’surāḥ
Translation
From the stream of blood that fell to the ground as he was struck again and again by spears, tridents and the rest, asuras were born by the hundreds.
