taṁ ninādamupaśhrutya daityasainyaiśhchaturdiśham devī siṁhastathā kālī saroṣhaiḥ parivāritāḥ
Translation
Hearing that roar, the daitya armies surrounded the Devi, the lion and Kali on all four sides in anger.
