ददृशुस्ते ततो देवीमीषद्धासां व्यवस्थिताम् । सिंहस्योपरि शैलेन्द्रशृङ्गे महति काञ्चने ॥ ३ ॥

Translation
Then they saw the Devi, gently smiling, seated on her lion on a great golden peak of the king of mountains.

तब उन्होंने गिरिराज हिमालय के विशाल स्वर्णिम शिखर पर सिंह पर बैठी, मंद-मंद मुस्कराती देवी को देखा।
