for the protection of the worlds, benefactor of the gods: hear that as I tell it; I shall relate it to you just as it happened."

लोकों की रक्षा के लिए, देवताओं का उपकार करने वाली: वह मुझसे सुनो; मैं तुम्हें ज्यों-का-त्यों बताता हूँ।"
Commentary
The middle episode closes with the seed syllable hrim, linked with Mahalakshmi. The recitation tradition treats the first, middle and last episodes as a complete unit of worship.
