Mahishasura Sainya Vadha

केचिन्निपतिता भूमौ भिन्नाः शूलेन वक्षसि । निरन्तराः शरौघेण कृताः केचिद्रणाजिरे ॥ ५९ ॥

kechinnipatitā bhūmau bhinnāḥ śhūlena vakṣhasi nirantarāḥ śharaugheṇa kṛitāḥ kechidraṇājire

Translation

Some fell to the ground, their chests pierced by the trident; others on the battlefield were riddled with torrents of arrows.

Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)

कुछ त्रिशूल से छाती फटने पर धरती पर गिर पड़े; और युद्धभूमि में कुछ बाणों की बौछार से छलनी हो गए।
