तमायान्तं ततो देवी सर्वदैत्यजनेश्वरम् । जगत्यां पातयामास भित्त्वा शूलेन वक्षसि ॥ २६ ॥

Translation
Then the Devi, as the lord of all the daityas came at her, pierced him in the chest with her trident and threw him to the ground.
