Translation
As he fell upon her, Chandika quickly cut his sword, and his shield bright as the sun's rays, with sharp arrows shot from her bow.

उसके आते ही चण्डिका ने धनुष से छोड़े तीखे बाणों से उसकी तलवार और सूर्य-किरणों जैसी उज्ज्वल ढाल को तुरंत काट दिया।
