पतिस्वजनहार्दं च हार्दि तेष्वेव मे मनः । किमेतन्नाभिजानामि जानन्नपि महामते ॥ ३२ ॥
patisvajanahārdaṁ cha hārdi teṣhveva me manaḥ kimetannābhijānāmi jānannapi mahāmate
Translation
and abandoned love for husband and kin, toward them alone my heart is still loving. What is this? Knowing, I still do not understand, O wise one.

और पति तथा स्वजनों के प्रति प्रेम को छोड़ दिया, उन्हीं के प्रति मेरा मन अब भी प्रेमपूर्ण है। हे महामते! यह क्या है? मैं जानते हुए भी नहीं समझ पाता।
Commentary
"Knowing, I do not know" (janann api) sums up the whole problem. Intellectual understanding and emotional freedom are two different things.
