iti kṛitvā matiṁ devā himavantaṁ nageśhvaram jagmustatra tato devīṁ viṣhṇumāyāṁ pratuṣhṭuvuḥ
Translation
Resolving thus, the gods went to Himavan, lord of mountains, and there praised the Devi, Vishnumaya.

ऐसा विचार करके देवता पर्वतराज हिमालय पर गए और वहाँ विष्णुमाया देवी की स्तुति करने लगे।

The Himalaya, home of Parvati, is where the third episode unfolds. The hymn that follows (9–82) is one of the most loved in all of Hindu devotion.
