Translation
To the Devi who dwells in all beings as sleep: salutation to her, salutation to her, salutation to her, salutation again and again.

जो देवी सब प्राणियों में निद्रा रूप से स्थित हैं, उनको नमस्कार, उनको नमस्कार, उनको नमस्कार, बार-बार नमस्कार।
Commentary
Even sleep is her form, as Yoganidra she held Vishnu in chapter 1. Rest itself is sacred.
