संसारबन्धहेतुश्च सैव सर्वेश्वरेश्वरी ॥ ५८ ॥
saṁsārabandhahetuśhcha saiva sarveśhvareśhvarī
Translation
and she alone is the cause of the bondage of samsara, the Queen over all lords."

और वही संसार के बंधन की भी हेतु हैं, सब ईश्वरों की भी ईश्वरी।"
Commentary
Bondage and liberation both come from her. That is why the path forward is not to fight Mahamaya alone, but to turn to her.
