अनुवृत्तिं ध्रुवं तेऽद्य कुर्वन्त्यन्यमहीभृताम् । असम्यग्व्ययशीलैस्तैः कुर्वद्भिः सततं व्ययम् ॥ १५ ॥

Commentary
He sees his followers' loyalty for what it was: bought with favour and food. Yet knowing this does not free him, which is the problem he will soon bring to the sage.
