Translation
and with her sword and other weapons, slew hundreds of great asuras, and felled others stunned by the sound of her bell.

और खड्ग आदि से सैकड़ों महादैत्यों का संहार किया, और दूसरों को घंटे के नाद से मूर्च्छित करके गिरा दिया।
Commentary
The bell from Indra's elephant (2.22) now stuns the demons. In temple worship the bell is rung to drive away negative forces, an echo of this verse.
