येषां त्वन्तगतं पापं जनानां पुण्यकर्मणाम् । ते द्वन्द्वमोहनिर्मुक्ता भजन्ते मां दृढव्रताः ॥ २८ ॥
yeṣhāṁ tvanta-gataṁ pāpaṁ janānāṁ puṇya-karmaṇām te dvandva-moha-nirmuktā bhajante māṁ dṛiḍha-vratāḥ
Translation
But those of virtuous deeds, whose sin has come to an end, freed from the delusion of opposites, worship me with firm resolve.

परंतु निष्काम भाव से श्रेष्ठ कर्मों का आचरण करने वाले जिन पुरुषों का पाप नष्ट हो गया है, वे राग-द्वेष जनित द्वंद्व रूप मोह से मुक्त दृढ़निश्चयी भक्त मुझे भजते हैं।
Commentary
Good deeds gradually clear the mind; a clear mind is freed from the pull of opposites; and a free mind turns naturally and steadily to God. Dṛiḍha-vratāḥ — "firm in their vows" — describes their unwavering devotion.
