वेदाहं समतीतानि वर्तमानानि चार्जुन । भविष्याणि च भूतानि मां तु वेद न कश्चन ॥ २६ ॥

I know the beings of the past, the present and the future, Arjun; but no one knows me.

हे अर्जुन! पूर्व में व्यतीत हुए, वर्तमान में स्थित और आगे होने वाले सब प्राणियों को मैं जानता हूँ, परंतु मुझे कोई नहीं जानता।
Commentary
God's knowledge is complete across all time, while ours is limited to the moment. That is why knowing God depends on his grace and our surrender, not on our cleverness.
