अपरे नियताहाराः प्राणान्प्राणेषु जुह्वति । सर्वेऽप्येते यज्ञविदो यज्ञक्षपितकल्मषाः ॥ ३० ॥
apare niyatāhārāḥ prāṇān prāṇeṣhu juhvati sarve ’pyete yajña-vido yajña-kṣhapita-kalmaṣhāḥ
Translation
Still others, regulating their food, offer the life-breaths into the life-breaths. All these are knowers of yajna, and through yajna their impurities are destroyed.

और कुछ नियमित आहार करने वाले प्राणों को प्राणों में ही हवन करते हैं। ये सभी यज्ञ को जानने वाले हैं और यज्ञ द्वारा उनके पाप नष्ट हो गए हैं।
Commentary
Even disciplined eating counts as sacrifice. Krishna's conclusion is generous: all these practitioners, whatever their method, are "knowers of yajna," purified by their practice.
