Translation
Surrendering all actions to me, with your mind fixed on the Self, free from desire and the sense of "mine," fight — with your fever of grief gone.

सब कर्मों को मुझमें अर्पित करके, आत्मा में चित्त लगाकर, आशा-रहित और ममता-रहित होकर, संताप-रहित होकर युद्ध करो।
Commentary
A summary of karma yoga in one verse: offer every action to God, keep the mind on the Self, drop craving and possessiveness — and then act fully. Vigata-jvaraḥ, "with fever gone," beautifully describes the calm that replaces Arjun's agitation.
