rāga-dveṣha-viyuktais tu viṣhayān indriyaiśh charan ātma-vaśhyair-vidheyātmā prasādam adhigachchhati
Translation
But the self-controlled person, moving among sense objects with senses under control and free from attraction and aversion, attains serenity.
Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)
परंतु अपने मन को वश में रखने वाला पुरुष, राग-द्वेष से रहित और अपने वश में की हुई इंद्रियों से विषयों में विचरता हुआ, प्रसन्नता (प्रसाद) को प्राप्त होता है।
Commentary
After describing how attachment leads to ruin (2.62–63), Krishna shows the other path. Note that the wise person still "moves among sense objects" — the Gita does not demand withdrawal from the world, only freedom from rāga and dveṣha, attraction and aversion. The result is prasāda: clarity, calm and grace.
