तस्माच्छास्त्रं प्रमाणं ते कार्याकार्यव्यवस्थितौ । ज्ञात्वा शास्त्रविधानोक्तं कर्म कर्तुमिहार्हसि ॥ २४ ॥
tasmāch chhāstraṁ pramāṇaṁ te kāryākārya-vyavasthitau jñātvā śhāstra-vidhānoktaṁ karma kartum ihārhasi
Translation
Therefore let scripture be your authority in deciding what should and should not be done. Knowing what the scriptures teach, you should act here accordingly.

इसलिए कर्तव्य और अकर्तव्य का निर्णय करने में शास्त्र ही तुम्हारे लिए प्रमाण है। शास्त्र की विधि को जानकर तुम्हें इस लोक में कर्म करना चाहिए।
Commentary
The chapter ends by naming shastra pramanam, scripture as the standard. This leads directly to Arjun's question at the start of chapter 17: what about people who have faith but do not follow scripture? The Gita does not dismiss sincere faith; it goes on to examine it carefully.
