मयाध्यक्षेण प्रकृतिः सूयते सचराचरम् । हेतुनानेन कौन्तेय जगद्विपरिवर्तते ॥ १० ॥
mayādhyakṣheṇa prakṛitiḥ sūyate sa-charācharam hetunānena kaunteya jagad viparivartate
Translation
Under my supervision, nature brings forth all things moving and unmoving; because of this, O son of Kunti, the world revolves.
Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)
हे कौन्तेय! मुझ अधिष्ठाता के सकाश से प्रकृति चराचर सहित सर्व जगत को रचती है; इसी हेतु से यह संसार-चक्र घूम रहा है।
Commentary
God is the adhyakṣha — overseer. Nature does the work of creation, but only in his presence, as a garden grows because the sun shines on it without the sun doing the gardening.
