एतद्योनीनि भूतानि सर्वाणीत्युपधारय । अहं कृत्स्नस्य जगतः प्रभवः प्रलयस्तथा ॥ ६ ॥
etad-yonīni bhūtāni sarvāṇītyupadhāraya ahaṁ kṛitsnasya jagataḥ prabhavaḥ pralayas tathā
Translation
Know that all beings have these two natures as their source. I am the origin of the whole universe, and also its dissolution.

सब प्राणी इन दोनों प्रकृतियों से ही उत्पन्न होने वाले हैं, ऐसा समझो। मैं संपूर्ण जगत का उत्पत्ति-स्थान और प्रलय-स्थान हूँ।
Commentary
Everything that lives is a combination of matter and spirit, and both come from God. He is the beginning (prabhava) and the end (pralaya) of all.
