साधिभूताधिदैवं मां साधियज्ञं च ये विदुः । प्रयाणकालेऽपि च मां ते विदुर्युक्तचेतसः ॥ ३० ॥
sādhibhūtādhidaivaṁ māṁ sādhiyajñaṁ cha ye viduḥ prayāṇa-kāle ’pi cha māṁ te vidur yukta-chetasaḥ
Translation
Those who know me along with the adhibhuta, the adhidaiva and the adhiyajna, their minds steadfast, know me even at the time of departure from this world.

जो पुरुष अधिभूत, अधिदैव और अधियज्ञ सहित मुझे जानते हैं, वे युक्तचित्त वाले पुरुष अंतकाल में भी मुझे ही जानते हैं।
Commentary
Three more terms — adhibhūta (the material realm), adhidaiva (the governing divine powers) and adhiyajña (the Lord of sacrifice) — are left as a teaser. Their explanation, and the importance of remembering God at death, form the subject of chapter 8.
