बहूनां जन्मनामन्ते ज्ञानवान्मां प्रपद्यते । वासुदेवः सर्वमिति स महात्मा सुदुर्लभः ॥ १९ ॥
bahūnāṁ janmanām ante jñānavān māṁ prapadyate vāsudevaḥ sarvam iti sa mahātmā su-durlabhaḥ
Translation
At the end of many births, the one who has knowledge takes refuge in me, realising that "Vasudeva is everything." Such a great soul is very rare.

बहुत जन्मों के अंत के जन्म में तत्त्वज्ञान को प्राप्त पुरुष, "सब कुछ वासुदेव ही है" — इस प्रकार मुझे भजता है; वह महात्मा अत्यंत दुर्लभ है।
Commentary
"Vāsudevaḥ sarvam iti" — "Vasudeva is all" — is one of the most beloved phrases in Vaishnava devotion. Such a vision, Krishna says, comes after long spiritual maturing across many lives, and the one who has it is sudurlabhaḥ, very rare.
