प्रयत्नाद्यतमानस्तु योगी संशुद्धकिल्बिषः । अनेकजन्मसंसिद्धस्ततो याति परां गतिम् ॥ ४५ ॥
prayatnād yatamānas tu yogī sanśhuddha-kilbiṣhaḥ aneka-janma-sansiddhas tato yāti parāṁ gatim
Translation
But the yogi who strives with great effort, purified of all impurities and perfected through many births, then reaches the supreme goal.

परंतु प्रयत्नपूर्वक अभ्यास करने वाला योगी तो पिछले अनेक जन्मों के संस्कारों के बल से इसी जन्म में संसिद्ध होकर संपूर्ण पापों से रहित हो फिर तत्काल ही परम गति को प्राप्त हो जाता है।
Commentary
Aneka-janma-saṁsiddhaḥ — "perfected through many births." The spiritual journey may span lifetimes, and every sincere effort adds up. When the seeker finally applies full effort, all that accumulated progress bears fruit.
