Fallen from both, O mighty-armed one, does such a person perish like a scattered cloud, without support and bewildered on the path to Brahman?

हे महाबाहो! क्या वह भगवत्प्राप्ति के मार्ग में मोहित और आश्रय-रहित पुरुष छिन्न-भिन्न बादल की भाँति दोनों ओर से भ्रष्ट होकर नष्ट तो नहीं हो जाता?
