Bhagavad Gita — Chapter 5, Verse 11

कायेन मनसा बुद्ध्या केवलैरिन्द्रियैरपि । योगिनः कर्म कुर्वन्ति सङ्गं त्यक्त्वात्मशुद्धये ॥ ११ ॥

kāyena manasā buddhyā kevalair indriyair api yoginaḥ karma kurvanti saṅgaṁ tyaktvātma-śhuddhaye

Translation

Yogis perform action with the body, mind, intellect and even the senses alone, abandoning attachment, for the purification of the self.

Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)

कर्मयोगी आसक्ति त्यागकर केवल शरीर, मन, बुद्धि और इंद्रियों द्वारा भी अंतःकरण की शुद्धि के लिए ही कर्म करते हैं।

Commentary

Ātma-śhuddhaye — "for self-purification." The yogi's work has an inner purpose beyond its outer result: every act, done without attachment, polishes the mind.
