Bhagavad Gita — Chapter 3, Verse 43

evaṁ buddheḥ paraṁ buddhvā sanstabhyātmānam ātmanā jahi śhatruṁ mahā-bāho kāma-rūpaṁ durāsadam

Translation

Thus knowing the Self to be beyond the intellect, and steadying the self by the Self, O mighty-armed one, slay this enemy in the form of desire, so hard to overcome.

Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)

Commentary

The chapter ends with a call to battle — but the real enemy is inner. Anchored in the Self, Arjun can use his higher faculties to master the lower. Karma yoga is not only outer work; it is also this inner victory over desire.
