Translation
Your right is to action alone, never to its fruits. Let not the fruits of action be your motive, nor let yourself be attached to inaction.

तुम्हारा अधिकार केवल कर्म करने में है, उसके फलों में कभी नहीं। कर्मफल तुम्हारा उद्देश्य न हो, और न ही कर्म न करने में तुम्हारी आसक्ति हो।
Commentary
Probably the most famous verse of the Gita — karmaṇy evādhikāras te. It has four parts: act; don't claim the fruits; don't let the fruits be your motive; and don't use this as an excuse to do nothing. It is not a call to stop caring about outcomes, but to stop being enslaved by them — giving your best to the work itself, and letting results come as they will.
