यदृच्छया चोपपन्नं स्वर्गद्वारमपावृतम् । सुखिनः क्षत्रियाः पार्थ लभन्ते युद्धमीदृशम् ॥ ३२ ॥
yadṛichchhayā chopapannaṁ swarga-dvāram apāvṛitam sukhinaḥ kṣhatriyāḥ pārtha labhante yuddham īdṛiśham
Translation
Happy are the kshatriyas, O Parth, who find such a war — coming on its own, like an open door to heaven.

हे पार्थ! वे क्षत्रिय भाग्यशाली हैं जिन्हें ऐसा युद्ध अपने आप प्राप्त होता है, जो स्वर्ग के खुले द्वार के समान है।
Commentary
Yadṛichchhayā — "by chance, unsought" — is important: the Pandavas did not seek this war; it came to them after Duryodhan refused even five villages. Krishna frames it as an opportunity to fulfil one's calling, which the warrior tradition regarded as a path to heaven.
