समोऽहं सर्वभूतेषु न मे द्वेष्योऽस्ति न प्रियः । ये भजन्ति तु मां भक्त्या मयि ते तेषु चाप्यहम् ॥ २९ ॥
samo ’haṁ sarva-bhūteṣhu na me dveṣhyo ’sti na priyaḥ ye bhajanti tu māṁ bhaktyā mayi te teṣhu chāpyaham
Translation
I am the same towards all beings; none is hateful to me, none dear. But those who worship me with devotion are in me, and I am in them.

मैं सब भूतों में समभाव से व्यापक हूँ; न कोई मेरा अप्रिय है और न प्रिय। परंतु जो भक्त मुझको प्रेम से भजते हैं, वे मुझमें हैं और मैं भी उनमें प्रत्यक्ष प्रकट हूँ।
Commentary
God has no favourites — his love is equal for all, like sunlight. Yet those who open themselves to him through devotion experience that love fully, as a room with open windows receives the sun.
