Bhagavad Gita — Chapter 5, Verse 28

yatendriya-mano-buddhir munir mokṣha-parāyaṇaḥ vigatechchhā-bhaya-krodho yaḥ sadā mukta eva saḥ

Translation

with senses, mind and intellect controlled, intent on liberation, free from desire, fear and anger — that sage is indeed liberated forever.

Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)

Commentary

Sadā mukta eva saḥ — "that person is ever free." Liberation is described here as a present condition, not just a future reward, for one who has mastered the inner faculties and released desire, fear and anger.
