जन्म कर्म च मे दिव्यमेवं यो वेत्ति तत्त्वतः । त्यक्त्वा देहं पुनर्जन्म नैति मामेति सोऽर्जुन ॥ ९ ॥

Translation
One who truly knows my divine birth and actions, Arjun, on leaving the body is not born again but comes to me.

हे अर्जुन! मेरे जन्म और कर्म दिव्य हैं — जो इसे तत्त्व से जान लेता है, वह शरीर त्यागकर फिर जन्म नहीं लेता, बल्कि मुझे ही प्राप्त होता है।
Commentary
Simply understanding the divine nature of God's birth and deeds — really knowing it, tattvataḥ — is itself liberating. This is why hearing and remembering the leelas of Ram and Krishna is regarded as a spiritual practice, not just storytelling.
