bāhya-sparśheṣhvasaktātmā vindatyātmani yat sukham sa brahma-yoga-yuktātmā sukham akṣhayam aśhnute
Translation
One who is unattached to external contacts finds the happiness that is in the Self; united with Brahman through yoga, such a person enjoys imperishable bliss.
Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)
Commentary
Two kinds of happiness: one from outside contacts, which comes and goes, and one within the Self, which is akṣhaya — undecaying. Detachment is not the loss of joy but the discovery of a deeper one.
