Bhagavad Gita — Chapter 3, Verse 7

यस्त्विन्द्रियाणि मनसा नियम्यारभतेऽर्जुन । कर्मेन्द्रियैः कर्मयोगमसक्तः स विशिष्यते ॥ ७ ॥

yas tvindriyāṇi manasā niyamyārabhate ’rjuna karmendriyaiḥ karma-yogam asaktaḥ sa viśhiṣhyate

Translation

But one who controls the senses with the mind, O Arjun, and without attachment engages the organs of action in karma yoga, excels.

Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)

परंतु हे अर्जुन! जो मन से इंद्रियों को वश में करके, अनासक्त होकर कर्मेन्द्रियों से कर्मयोग का आचरण करता है, वह श्रेष्ठ है।

Commentary

The contrast with the previous verse is exact: here the mind is controlled while the body works. This is the karma yogi — fully active in the world, but inwardly free. Krishna calls such a person viśhiṣhyate, distinguished or superior.
