Bhagavad Gita — Chapter 13, Verse 32

Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga

yathā sarva-gataṁ saukṣhmyād ākāśhaṁ nopalipyate sarvatrāvasthito dehe tathātmā nopalipyate

Translation

As all-pervading space, because it is subtle, is not tainted, so the Self, present everywhere in the body, is not tainted.

Hindi Meaning (हिंदी अर्थ)

Commentary

The first image is space (akasha). Smoke, dust and smells all move through space, yet space itself is never dirtied. In the same way, pleasure, pain and actions pass through the body while the Self remains unstained.
